The Donkey's have a job to do. They must carry travellers to the Gypsy camp. Perhaps they could practice for a concert there while everyone is congregated with the Romanyi.
From the Secretary: Good idea, those donkeys need lots of work and lots of practice. (Be sure that they are stabled at a safe distance from Romanyi gathering as Jack, Dorothy, and several other members did not get out to the last practice and it takes quite a bit of time to get all the singers in key as well as familiar with lines. If any of the riders wish to let the mounts practice on quieter parts of the route it would be kind. (Donkeys sing better after a couple of apples.) Sec. Oct. 5
